"I first met Michael Biscamp on a new home project we were building. Michael was the primary installer on an entire home AV system, which consisted of a separate media room plus 7 additional TV's inside and outside the home.  Every room in the house is capable of individually selecting the AV source of interest, i.e. TV, iPod, CD, ...  Michael is the closest thing to a perfectionist I have met in some time.  The wiring, while complicated, was the neatest, most organized of any installation I have been a part of.  Michael doesn't leave the job until everything is working to his satisfaction, and you are adequately instructed on how to use all components of the system.  With an installation of this complexity, there are oftentimes minor glitches. Michael has driven to our location, which is in the country in rural East Texas and 90 miles from his home after his work day was complete, to address an issue that was preventing me from getting access to the featured game of my favorite college.  It resulted in a very late night for him, but was huge on customer satisfaction.  If you are looking for excellent customer service after the sale, you will not be disappointed in Michael.  He has become more than just a company to my wife and I, he has become a friend.

When my wife and I decided that we needed a second residence due to our hectic lifestyle, Michael was my first and only call for the AV system. As expected, he has not disappointed.  While a much more simple installation, it has been immaculate, also.  Michael has come by several times to ensure things were working to our satisfaction, and even provided my wife with personal hands on instruction to ensure she is comfortable with using the equipment.

There are very few people that I highly recommend to others, but Michael Biscamp and Cornerstone home theater is one of them.  He is not only skilled at what he does, but he is a fine young man as well.  I am pleased to recommend  his services."
